Delivery & Returns

UK Delivery

Small orders are sent via Royal Mail and Parcels by parcel2go.co.uk usually dispatched within 1 working day of the order. Orders sent through Royal Mail should arrive with you 3-5 days after the date of dispatch and parcels 2-4 days.

Please allow up to 7 days from the date of dispatch for your order to arrive due to unforeseen delays that may take place in the delivery chain. If you have not received your order within 7 days then please send us an email (help@ignitioncasinostore.com) and we will investigate for you.

European Orders

This applies to all orders placed outside of the UK but within Europe.
All orders up to £10- Shipping £5.00

Orders above £10 – shipping £7.00

International Orders

This applies to all orders placed outside of Europe.

All orders up to £10- Shipping £6.00

Orders above £10 – shipping £9.00

Returns

It is very important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your order. If for any reason this is not the case, you may return the goods* for an exchange or refund within 15 days of the date of receipt.

You must contact us and fill in a returns form before sending back any goods. Please allow up to 14 days from initial contact for the return to be fully processed.

All return postage costs are the customer’s liability and you must ensure you receive a certificate of posting from your carrier of choice in case of need for claim since we are not responsible for the returned items reaching us (we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service). If the goods you are returning are faulty or the goods you have received are incorrect then please contact us as soon as possible and we will assess the case and may reimburse the return postage costs.

*Goods returned must be in fully resalable condition and must show no signs of wear or damage with all original packaging and labels present.
